A tailored course in a blended learning format was designed and tested in real condition by the project partners. The training combines face to face and online activities, available in a Moodle platform, for 5 core areas: Basic knowledge for home care workers, Persons in need of care, Homecare task, Tasks and safety in the household and Job Search.

The training program was tested by migrant women in 4 piloting countries Finland, France, Italy, and Spain with the support of local organizations. In all countries, great importance was dedicated to the language (understandability of the teaching material) and accessibility for migrant women with low digital skills. The modules were also adapted after the pilot phase and translated into national languages.

The guide is intendent to career guidance and counseling professionals, as well as trainers working with migrants. The guidelines also offer an overview of the project challenges and the lessons learned.
